高效、经济又环保 东风标致408 1.2THP向雾霾宣战

根据美国耶鲁大学和哥伦比亚大学共同发布178国环境表现指数报告,中国排名118,具体到空气质量这一项上,中国则排到了176名,其中汽车尾气对大气污染占比达到7成,环境问题不容忽视,中国消费者的节能减排意识日益增强。在此情况下,高动力输出、低燃油消耗的小排量涡轮增压发动机应运而生。

“小T大作”的1.2THP发动机

作为“E动战略”的最新成果,1.2THP涡轮增压直喷发动机高性能、低油耗、超平顺的性能优势,显示了PSA集团在核心动力领域的研发实力。1.2THP发动机以136马力的最大功率、230N•m的最大扭矩,领先实现比肩主流2.0L、1.4T发动机的动力输出水平。同时,匹配STT发动机智能启停系统,使得东风标致408的1.2THP车型百公里综合油耗低至5.2L,可满足欧6排放标准,是真正的“小T大作”。

与连续8年荣膺“国际发动机大奖”的1.6THP涡轮增压直喷发动机一样,1.2THP发动机也采用了连续可变排气正时系统,在有效提升低速扭矩、保证低速动力性能的同时,显著增强高速功率表现;高压缸内直喷技术使燃油雾化更加充分,加上精确控制的喷油时刻和喷油量,燃油利用率得以显著提升;另外,全铝合金缸体技术的应用使其比同排量铸铁缸体机身减重接近1/3,有效实现车身轻量化,结合涡轮增压、中冷技术、排气歧管耦合技术、ECU控制连续可调变排量机油泵等众多先进技术,让每滴燃油都不虚耗;尤其值得一提的是,1.2THP发动机还采用了特别的平衡轴技术,有效减少了运转振动,首次采用的内置湿式正时皮带系统,使发动机运转噪音进一步降低,平衡轴与曲轴之间优化设计的传动齿轮则明显减轻了运动噪音,轻松抵达全新“静”界。
